- Where is the best place to place the device?
No matter the size of the room or how many devices are being used at once, it is recommended to keep the device plugged in the center of your home. This way you can reach the best results possible. - How do you install VoltCord?
The device was designed to be as simple to use as possible. In order to install VoltCord, simply plug it into the electrical socket. - When can I see the results?
You will start noticing the effectiveness of VoltCord after the first few months of use. - How many square meters does one device cover?
Depending on the area of your home that you would like to be covered by VoltCord you might need to purchase more than one device. If your home is up to 74 square meters, one VoltCord is more than enough. If your home is between 74 and 150 square meters, two VoltCord units are recommended, and for any home larger than 150 square meters, three plugs would bring the best results. - Does the device have to be plugged in even if no power is being used?
Yes, VoltCord should be kept plugged in even if no devices or lights are actively on. Many electrical devices have what’s called “idle mode”, which still uses electricity without active use. - Does the green light have to be constantly on or blinking?
The green light at the front of the device is the indicator that shows when the device is properly running. The light should be constantly on.

Returns & Cancellation
- Can I change what I’ve ordered once I’ve placed an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change what you’ve ordered but you can return the unwanted items once you’ve received them. - How to cancel my order?
If a request to cancel the order is made prior to shipping or not later than 12 hours after the purchase, we will do our best to hold the item and process a refund.
Please note that due to time zone differences and our use of multiple shipping partners, we may not be able to cancel your order once it’s been purchased. This means, we will reimburse you in full after proof of return receipt has been received and the order has been returned to our returns center.

Refunds
- How can I get a refund?
If the item wasn’t what you’ve expected, it has been damaged or hasn’t arrived, and 60 calendar days have not yet passed after the delivery – please contact our Customer Support team via contacts provided here, and we will help you get a full refund ASAP! - How long it takes to get a refund?
It takes 5-7 business days to issue a refund after the purchase is returned to our Returns center, and 3-20 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (depending on the payment method).
